Tuition Free education

Classes at the SUNY Syracuse Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) are tuition free. Acceptance to the EOC is contingent on many factors, and your income and educational history will help determine your eligibility. In addition, you will be required to take an admission test and attend a program orientation; you may also need to sit for an interview.
