Applying to the Syracuse EOC is free. To apply, review the required documentation checklist, then bring your original documents in person to the SEOC Admissions Office for review and processing.
An EOC staff member will process your application, schedule a visit with the program counselor, and set a date for an admissions assessment (a TABE or CLAS-E exam), which can take about two hours. Please do not mail or fax documentation, and note that incomplete applications cannot be accepted.
